Introducing Leigh Fraser-Gray, Founder / Clinical Lead of MH Services & Training: Prevention, Support, Supervision
Powered by humour, authenticity and over 25 years of practical clinical practice, Leigh & her team
deliver DEI (diversity equity and inclusion) and trauma informed interventions geared towards psycho social safety for individuals and/or groups.
We engage individuals and workplace nominees, pending an individual needs assessment, in all aspects of mental health service delivery from prevention, skills based training and awareness raising through to recovery focussed processes and/or treatment. Using Leigh's own traffic lights model of coping capacity model, we specialise in transformative individual and/or group processes.
